Dr. Wibawa Nugroho Widodo loves to lead and transform people on the principle of excellence, loyalty, honesty, integrity, and love-of-the-nation through his various roles in public, academic, and business sectors. He leads sincerely from the heart and aim for a better transformation of the individuals whom he associates.

He has a wide exposure of working in the public policy, ranging from becoming a senior policy analyst and strategist with the Indonesian Army; Ministry of Defense; Coordinating Ministry of Political, Legal and Security Affairs; and as a senior expert staff for H.E. Theo Sambuaga while he was the Chairman of Defense, Foreign Policy, Intelligence, and Informational Affairs committee at the Indonesian House of Representatives.

A seasoned political and national security strategist, Dr. Wibawa Nugroho Widodo has also been teaching International Politics and Economics at Universitas Pelita Harapan since 2008. He is frequently invited to speak and teach at senior-level official events within the Indonesian national security establishment. In September 2017, he was a short-list speaker at the U.S. National Defense University Global Security and Alumni Reunion Symposium in Washington, D.C.
